Patricia is a long-time resident of South Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University’s Retail Marketing and Management programs. Her focus is on exceptional customer service from prior leadership roles and experience in managing a successful multi-million dollar retail business. Her creative passion and desire to help others is the drive that has led her to the real estate industry. She understands finding the right home for the buyer requires extensive research, tenacity and understands her obligation to the seller is to provide the smoothest transaction possible through excellent negotiation.

Patricia has substantial knowledge in the real estate industry through multiple investment acquisitions and property management over the past 30 years. She has practical knowledge of luxury home construction, existing home renovations and design layout. With insight and knowledge of our local market, she is committed to serving her customer’s needs with integrity, honesty and outstanding results.

Patricia is a member of Beta Sigma Phi, an international non-academic sorority network which helps raise awareness for local charities.
She is fluent in Italian, married 32 years, raised 2 sons, and is active on several tennis teams in our beautiful coastal community.
